The Goat Agency Founders, Arron Shepherd, Harry Hugo and Nick Cooke, met while working brand-side for a social media network in 2012. It was there they discovered the power of what was yet to be known as influencers. Through partnering with and sponsoring social media users and fan pages, they drove huge ROI and acquisition, growing the platform to 2.5 million users in just 3 years.
Realising that online creators were essentially a new media channel, and believing this would be the next big thing for brands, they took the leap and founded The Goat Agency in 2015.
Their mission was to be the kind of agency that they wish they could work with; one that was innovative, creative and could guarantee results. To this day, everyone at The Goat Agency lives by these principles.
We are the leading performance-based influencer marketing agency with offices in London, New York and Singapore.
We have worked with over 70,000 influencers on campaigns for brands such as Lidl, Formula E, Pernod Ricard and Nivea.
We’re a tight-knit and fast growing team largely made up of influencers from a variety of verticals, with an average age of just 24.
Our co-founders (31, 28 and 24) have built the business by hiring based on attitude, knowledge and potential rather than a CV. People live in social communities. If you follow one Arsenal fan page you’ll follow 20+. You don’t just follow one mummy blogger, you follow 30. At Goat, because we have no bias in terms of which influencers we use, we have the unique ability to genuinely saturate these social communities and hit the target consumer multiple times over the course of an influencer marketing campaign.
The Goat Agency was one of the first agencies to harness the power of influencer marketing for brands. Founded in 2015, we’re now the world’s leading influencer marketing agency, and have delivered thousands of campaigns for brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and more.
We see influencer as a full-funnel marketing channel, and we work with clients to devise strategies that will meet their objectives; whether it’s to drive brand awareness and consideration, or conversions, installs and sign ups.
Our client work ranges from short term influencer campaigns for brand awareness and new product launches, to long term ambassador and always-on influencer programmes to build brand love and loyalty.
Our approach to influencer selection comes from the performance data within our CRM, which tracks over 60K influencers and monitors the results of all influencer-led campaigns. We combine this data with real human relationship management, social-first creative strategy, paid media, and expert tracking, measurement, optimisation and reporting.
