We work UK wide offering services including lead generation, appointment setting, upselling,
customer care calls, data cleansing, market research, market profiling, data sourcing, TPS checking  and hardcopy information fulfilment.
We don’t tie into long term contracts, can work flexibly around a clients needs and budgets and always start with a short trial to assess how to move forward.

To cold data or existing customers to upsell this can be appointment setting and diarising, setting up telephone appointments, email quotes or zoom/team meetings.

Having an up-to-date data list is extremely important for any marketing campaign so either calling a clients data they have had in house for many years, previous customers from years ago or a new cold data list and calling to confirm correct contact names, email addresses and company information, it can then be used for other marketing avenues like email and social media campaigns.

Often done in conjunction with lead generation and data cleansing, telemarketing is a chance to spread awareness of a clients company, product or service and to obtain agreement to sending information and keeping in touch. It may be that quarterly calls are then made to ensure that awareness remains for when the prospect has a need.

Again, often in conjunction with data cleansing, research can be done to ascertain if a prospect is in fact relevant for our client and within their target market.
