At our two acre site in Cambridgeshire we take care of all your exhibition needs from the initial design and through to the manufacturer and print of your displays.

We have a fleet of vehicles and our large install team will transport your custom exhibition stand to and from the event, ensuring we control all elements of build-up and the breakdown.  Our in-house graphic printing team and state of the art printers ensure the highest possible quality of exhibition graphics and a fast turnaround.

All of this sustainable manufacturing magic takes place on our site in Cambridgeshire using our own solar generated renewable energy.

Manufacturing & print using 100% renewable energy

Our exhibition stands and graphics are manufactured using renewable energy from our 166 solar panel roof installation (soon to be 196).

Recycled graphic materials

Our exhibition graphics are printed on graphic material made from recycled plastic bottles.

Reusable exhibition stand structures

Our exhibition stand components are built to a high standard, allowing for extensive reuse – the most authentic form of recycling.

100% FSC certified timber and cardboard

All the timber we use is sourced locally and FSC-certified. We have also swapped MDF for a sustainable alternative called Fibrapan Bio board, which is made with adhesives that are 100% biological in origin (content includes sawmill bi-products and bio-wax, sourced from the tree bark itself). These boards do not contain harmful glues and can be recycled easily, unlike MDF.

Aluminium with 70% recycled aluminium content

All the aluminium we use is sourced locally and is manufactured from 70% recycled aluminium.

Design engineered for ease of refurbishment, reconfiguration and reuse

Our components are ingeniously designed for reconfiguration and refurbishment. This means damaged parts can be easily refurbished, minimising hassle and cost.

Non toxic paints

Water-based powder-coating paints provide an optimum finish with low environmental impact. 98% of the paints we use are water-based.

Recycled event carpeting

Our event carpeting is cleaned after it is used and recycled into polypropylene pellets, which are then used in manufacturing to make a vast range of moulded plastic products.

Recycled and recyclable event raised flooring

We have invested in an eco flooring system that has a 10 year lifespan, is made from recycled plastics and is 100% recyclable once it reaches the end of its useable lifespan.

Low energy lighting

All our exhibition stand lighting uses low energy LEDs.

On average our lighting stock is used and reused for a minimum of 10 years. Our workshops, print rooms and offices are all lit using low energy LEDs, which in turn are powered using our own solar panels.

Refurbishment

Every exhibition stand that we create is designed with components that lend themselves to being efficiently refurbished. It is inevitable that your exhibition stand will get knocked and damaged in transit, during breakdown or even at the event itself.

Therefore, every panel we build is designed with materials and a construction technique that would enable us to easily and cost effectively refurbish it when there is a need. This in turn ensures every exhibition stand we build can be reused for up to ten years.

Reconfiguration

Rarely do exhibitors have the exact same size and layout of exhibition space at every event.

Therefore it is imperative that each custom exhibition stand, regardless of whether it is a hire, buy outright or hybrid stand, must be easily reconfigurable.  This in turn will enable your stand to be used at each and every event throughout your exhibition calendar.

Reuse

The truest form of recycling is reuse. We design and build all of our exhibition stand components, both hire stock and customer owned stock, to a high construction standard so that they last for years of use.

We design them with refurbishment and reconfiguration built into their core and we choose materials that pose minimal impact on the environment, such as water based paints, biodegradable and recycled print media, recycled and recyclable materials.

In order to reuse an exhibition stand our customers must have somewhere to store it in-between events. Our extensive 2-acre site with its huge purpose built storage facility provides the perfect solution.

Renewable

We have covered our 30,000 square feet of workshop roof in solar panels, meaning that every exhibition stand and exhibition graphics that the GH Display team produce are done so using our own generated renewable energy.
