The methodology is particularly useful when trying to quickly and efficiently reach large target audiences and clients often wish to utilise a pre-existing list of email contacts which can also reduce costs. Our in-house data team can script and design a survey, ranging from the most simple satisfaction surveys to more complex surveys allowing respondents to view motion clips, and then deliver an individual link directly to the target audience via email.

Our face to face fieldwork can be conducted using traditional pen & paper methodology or via CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing).
CAPI research is one of the fastest and most accurate ways of collecting market research data. The use of interviewing technology means interviewers do not have to worry about complex routing or question rotations – all are handled by the computer program. Graphics and multimedia displays such as video files can be incorporated directly into CAPI questionnaires allowing the testing of media such as TV advertising.
At the end of the shift, the data is simply uploaded to our server, enabling progress and quotas to be monitored on a daily basis.
