Helen is a high-performing, versatile communications practitioner with over 20 years’ experience developing integrated UK and multi-market communications programmes for some of the world’s largest companies. She is passionate about helping brands and organisations navigate complex change and issues, with particular expertise in FMCG, retail, financial services and not-for-profit sectors.

In her current role as CEO UK, she has operational and strategic responsibility for Weber Shandwick across the UK, helping to drive deeper connection and collaboration across teams in London, Manchester and Scotland. 

In her previous positions as Global Lead, Client Experience and London Managing Director, Helen championed placing integration, analytics and insight-led creativity at the heart of the agency. She has been with the firm for over fifteen years, overseeing numerous award-winning client engagements.
