Sookio helps ambitious and transformative organisations communicate their ideas to the world through brilliant digital strategy, content, and training.
Founded in 2008 by Sue Keogh - after a decade producing radio and website content for the BBC, ITV, AOL, Yahoo and Magic FM - we have watched the digital landscape evolve since the early days.
Sookio works with senior leadership teams who value an external perspective on their communications, bringing fresh energy and 25+ years of industry expertise to help you think beyond the structures of the organisation.
Founder Sue Keogh is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and recognised specialist in communications, with a career spanning radio, print, digital, TV and social media.
She’s worked closely with institutions including the BBC, ITV, Government Digital Service and the University of Cambridge, and extensively within the Cambridge biotech cluster and ecosystem.
She led Sookio as a highly successful digital marketing agency for 16 years, before transforming the business in 2024 to become a one-woman communications consultancy, drawing on her extensive industry experience to help clients solve critical communications challenges now, and in the future.
We are curious about changing trends in digital and just love sharing this knowledge, bringing our expertise to every project and giving you the fresh perspective you need to achieve your business goals.
At Sookio, we understand the powerful role we have to play in society and the importance of making a lasting, positive impact on the world around us.
Our particular focus is on education, as we try to untangle the thinking of not only our clients, but open doors to people who are taking their first steps into careers in marketing and creative.
We offer:
Clear advice on your communications, backed by a deep understanding of what works now and in the future.
A trusted sounding board. Space to explore ideas, weigh up commercial decisions and build ambitious plans.
