We seamlessly manage the end-to-end influencer marketing process, from talent identification to reporting. This involves defining campaign objectives and audiences, crafting narratives and outputs, researching and vetting influencers, negotiating partnerships, drafting contracts and content briefs, overseeing approvals, and conducting thorough reporting and analysis.

Our Process

  • We identify the influencers who align closely with your brand’s values, and then act as the ‘face’ of the brand to forge relationships with those creators and their agents.
  • According to a brand’s positioning & key values, we identify the existing calendar moments and/or cultural events that the brand’s voice should be present for on socials.
  • We use the above to create a strategy for product gifting, brand trips and/or events, and paid influencer campaigns.
  • Our influencer marketing strategies are agile, allowing us to capitalise on any product launches or emerging trends within the industry.

We can operate retainer programmes, with ambassadors for your brand posting on a regular basis. These types of longer-term partnerships usually have better ROI as the influencers’ audiences grow to trust the brand.

We can execute ad-hoc shorter-term campaigns for your brand to support moments such as product launches and seasonal gifting, or simply to increase brand awareness. Ad-hoc campaigns offer flexibility as influencers aren’t contracted for several months at a time.
