North PR

North PR is a Leeds-based specialist food & drink PR consultancy that helps FMCG brands tell their stories and connect with customers.

It was founded by Vickie Rogerson in 2018, who has over twenty years comms experience working on some of the UKs biggest FMCG brands as well as time heading up the inhouse Asda food & BWS PR team.

Vickie is a seasoned PR communication specialist with more than 20 years senior level comms experience working with some of the UK’s biggest food and drink brands. She has been on both sides of the fence by working in a range of industry-leading PR and advertising agencies as well as seven years as Head of Food & BWS PR in-house at Asda.

She founded North PR in 2018 as she saw a food and drink skills-gap in the PR industry which was letting down brands. They were paying for fancy communications campaigns that just didn’t deliver, from PR professionals who didn’t understand the sector. 
She is on a mission to celebrate great food and drink stories from exciting brands that are making a real difference in the buzzing food sector.

She is adept at creating and delivering bespoke, thoughtful and impactful profile raising campaigns that turn heads.

Her portfolio boasts leading lights in the food and drink arena such as Asda, Pizza Express, Sloemotion Distillery, Holland’s Pies, Violife, Butterkist, Farmison & Co, Pork Farms and R&R Ice Cream.

The consultancy is based on an ethos of collaboration and has a team of food and drink experts from across the PR, journalism and marketing mix to develop bespoke PR strategies for clients.
