We have something to suit every team no matter how big or small, how old or young or how adventurous.
At Nae Limits our belief is that the outdoors provides the best environment for team building.
All of our team building activities are set outdoors in the wilds of Beautiful Highland Perthshire, using Scotland’s best resources – rivers, gorges, forests and glens, come rain or shine!
Nae Limits is easily accessed from all major Scottish cities – we are situated right on the A9 just over an hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Our Activities meet at different locations and for this reason we do ask that you refer carefully to your booking confirmation before starting out on your journey to visit us.
WATERFALLS, DEEP POOLS, TWISTED ROCKS AND AMAZING SCENERY
Canyoning is the navigation and exploration of a mountain gorge via a series of waterfalls and pools. It’s an outdoor sport that’s suitable for every age and ability – all you need is a sense of adventure!
Nae Limits are located off the A9 at Ballinluig. Our Canyoning Team have over 20 years of experience mapping routes through Perthshire’s most spectacular scenery and will keep you safe while you climb, slide, jump and abseil your way down some of the most breath-taking mountain gorges in Scotland. Safety, speed and fun are the aims of the game!
The Upper Bruar Buzz will get your pulse racing with an exhilarating route of jumps and slides, or maybe you’d prefer the Tummel Canyon, a technical descent of 14 abseils that’s perfect for intrepid souls.
HOLD ON TIGHT TO YOUR TUBE, IT'S GOING TO BE A BUMPY RIDE
River tubing is a great alternative to white water rafting. Float down stunning, historic gorges and see Scotland from a different perspective. Feeling brave? Opt for a faster river and test your mettle on the rapids.
The best summer you’ll have in Scotland might be in a big blue inflatable tube! Bounce down the Killiecrankie Gorge that bore witness to the famous Jacobite battle and keep your eyes peeled for Peallaidh – the area’s local water guardian.
River tubing is appropriate for kids as young as 8 and suitable for beginners and daredevils alike. Waterfalls, slides, shoots and drops—river tubing is a high adrenaline adventure and prepare to get wet!
THE ORIGINAL ADVENTURE SPORT.
Calling all adrenaline junkies!
One inflatable raft, a group of thrill seekers, some safety equipment, and an experienced guide – white water rafting is the original adventure sport.
The Nae Limits team have provided white water rafting adventures in Scotland for 20 years. From our prime location in Central Scotland, you can tackle the turbulent River Tay and relentless rapids of the River Tummel.
SWIM, SLIDE, CRAWL AND CLIMB YOUR WAY TO ADVENTURE.
Gorge walking is an outdoor adventure activity that combines rocky terrain and water. You explore a gorge by foot while following a river system. There’s a lot of sliding, crawling and scrambling involved!
Gorge walking is different to canyoning. The main difference between gorge walking and canyoning is the difficulty level. Canyoning is more challenging and requires adventurers to wear safety harnesses, make bigger jumps and slides, abseil, traverse rock flumes and in some cases, whizz down a zip line.
A PLAYPARK IN THE SKY
Already experienced our Highland Flight Bungee Jump? Need more of that free-falling thrill? Why not try our River Garry Bridge Swing! Don’t be fooled by its name, this is no leisurely, playtime ride. You’ll be harnessed up on our jumping platform, 40 meters from the River Garry. You’ll then be dropped into a free fall to around 15 meters from the water below before the rope takes the slack and you’ll accelerate through an arc under the bungee platform where the main anchors are attached. Make sure you bring your go-pros to capture this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Spectators are also permitted in the nearby viewing platforms and will be able to video you taking the plunge.
TAKE THE PLUNGE WITH NAE LIMITS
Experience the famous Highland Fling Bungee Jump in Killiecrankie with Nae Limits! Famous for being the only permanent bungee jump location in Scotland, the Highland Fling is a 40-meter free-fall from the River Garry Bridge towards the cool Scottish waters below. You’ll fall at up to 50 miles an hour before being sprung back up towards your spectators at the nearby viewing platform.
The Highland Fling Bungee Jump is a unique experience due to the surrounding Perthshire landscapes and wildlife. Enjoy aerial views of the River Garry from our Bridge Jumping Platform, and keep an eye out for beavers, crossbills, and red squirrels – you might only get a quick glimpse on the way down!
SHOOT FOR THE SKIES WITH NAE LIMITS
Clay pigeon shooting is an exhilarating sport that involves shooting a firearm at flying targets known as clay pigeons or “clays”. Targets are launched into the air, simulating a bird in flight; it’s your job to shoot the target down.
Dunkeld County Clays (just off the A9) is the perfect countryside setting to test your aim. Beginners benefit from complete guidance from a patient, expert instructor. Once you learn the basics, you’ll be blasting clay targets like a pro! Seasoned shots can hone their skills with simulated pheasant, incoming duck and bolting rabbit. With 50 targets to choose from there’s something for all abilities.
FIND YOUR INNER WARRIOR AND GATHER YOUR CLAN
Speed. Strength. Skill.
And a See You Jimmy bonnet.
All are characteristics of Nae Limits Highland Games warriors. And let’s not forget a strong competitive streak. It’s not about taking part, it’s about victory—so gather your clan for a Scottish-style standoff that combines old-fashioned fun and tests your strength, wit and banter.
Clans range from stag and hen parties to families with a sense of fun.
No, the silly hats aren’t optional.
A Clan Chief (Nae Limits instructor) will help you battle your way to victory as you compete in classic Highland Games like Tug of War and Toss the Caber. We aim to include at least 5 elements to your session depending on the group size.
