Androulla's journey from a junior graphic designer in London to the Founder and Creative Director of Icon is a testament to her passion, dedication, and love for design. She honed her skills while studying Graphic Design at Newport Art College, a vibrant city often compared to "Welsh Seattle" due to its creative atmosphere, including iconic music venues like TJs where Kurt Cobain's proposal to Courtney Love took place.

Initial clients, included notable names like WDA (Welsh Development Agency), Wales Trade International and The National Botanic Garden of Wales. In her role as Creative Director, she not only nurtures her studio team's talents but also fosters curiosity and open-mindedness. Over 25+ years, Androulla has built a thriving design agency and cultivated strong, enduring relationships with everyone.
