Being an independent Packaging Consultancy, TPG has a responsibility to each of its Clients to provide packaging solutions which work for the Clients business – that’s the priority. We do not choose to be linked to any manufacturers of packaging or packaging systems.

TPG’s work includes UK, European and global projects covering – airlines, animal feeds, automotive, bathroom ceramics, beverages & spirits, building products, chemicals and paints, coffee and bakery retailing, communications, electrical and lighting, confectionery, disposables, food, produce and dairy, furniture, diy sector, household and detergents, industrial and engineering, kitchen appliances, pharmaceutical and medical products, plastics, retailers and b2b / b2c, technology etc.

The Company is the leader in the field of Packaging Cost Reduction Projects, Technical Innovation and Problem Solving, and Creative and Cost Effective Structural Packaging Design. We work to improve Materials Technology and its Performance, its Sustainability and impact on the Environment. We operate with in house CAD and Prototyping Development, Design for all sectors including luxury goods. We have built worldwide Supplier / Converter Data Bases and sector wide, Packaging Cost Analysis Programmes via PAKSIS ®.

We are continuously working on developing solutions that avoid the reliance on plastics and single use plastics. TPG is researching and developing new and extensions to existing packaging technology, material processes and supplier breakthroughs on a global scale. We conduct searches and find solutions to intractable packaging obstacles. We cross fertilise ideas into practical and cost effective packaging formats which create competitive edge for our Clients and their business.

We produce design prototypes for initial assessment, samples for test purposes and CAD drawings for Supplier transfer. This ensures correct specification and manufacture where ever packaging is to be produced. We create and detail pack graphics through to print ready artwork. We produce CAD diagrams and Pack Specifications for everything that we do; from the simplest to the most complex assemblies.
