Incorporated by Mike Hughes and Julia Bramson in late 2004, we have built a reputation for creativity without attitude, big agency expertise, competitive rates and affinity.
Art and creative director here at Hughes Design. Mike became the Art Director at Total Coverage in Southampton after graduating there in the early 90s.
Returning to London, Mike worked as a designer in both a freelance and permanent capacity for many major brands including Lexus, Natwest, Carphone Warehouse, Thames Water, The Army, Kronenbourg to name but a few, before setting up Hughes Design in late 2004.
So whether we're building content managed websites or designing printed communications – we believe in building long term relationships with our clients. This means we endeavour at all times to supply value – value which in turn becomes integral to each others long term success.
Whether it is writing copy, editing or proofreading, Julia is our resident wordsmith. With a background in direct marketing, she also has an insight into cost-efficient communications campaigns and has a wealth of experience of managing projects both on and off-line. In the past she worked in the fast-paced world of event management on a number of accounts, including the Conservative Party. Julia’s current clients include Tiger Retail, Platinum Guild International, Maylim Ltd and Ferguson Hill.
