Franks + Franks are specialist brand identity and website designers, based in Oxford. We have built up, over 20 years, a reputation and a track record of working at the highest level with a broad range of clients from well known large organisations, through to smaller companies and charities.  Over the last 7 years we have gathered extensive experience of working with a number of Oxford University Colleges and Departments. Within this time have also worked with a number of schools, particularly in Oxford and charities in this sector. What really matters is the story. It’s the story that leads to the creation of a brand identity and website that is true to your organisation. Our aim is to understand you and what you stand for. We begin by listening hard to you and your team. As part of this exercise we can conduct workshops, interviews and research to give us a complete picture.

From this we can write up a clear set of objectives, a positioning statement and a design brief, summing up the main messages you wish to communicate. We then have a process for the design stages from exploring initial concepts that best communicate the story through to finalising the design that is project managed by Stephen, the creative director.
